them explore career paths, grow their skills, and feel more connected to the HPC community. Matches are made based on research interests, career aspirations, and personal interests to ensure meaningful, supportive relationships. ### Who Should Sign Up? * * * Mentors who would like to give back to the community by providing guidance, and students seeking advice from seasoned professionals in the HPC community. Registered attendees will receive matching instructions beginning mid-August. ### Committee * * * **Student Networking and Mentoring Chair**Lipi Gupta, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) ## Participate **10 AUG 2026** Early Sign-ups Open **14 SEP 2026** Early Sign-ups Close **15 SEP 2026** Regular Sign-ups Open **2 NOV 2026** Regular Sign-Ups Close Mentors and protégés who sign up by September 14 will be matched by September 18, and can plan to meet up, grab a virtual coffee together, and discuss how to maximize their SC experience. After the early deadline passes, sign-ups remain open until November 2 for regular matching, giving mentors and protégés a chance to meet each other virtually and jointly plan their conference activities. All participants who sign up will be invited to a breakfast event during the conference. In order to participate, we suggest that you: 1. Complete a Mentor–Protégé Matching survey. 2. Conduct a pre-conference email exchange or phone call between mentor and protégé. 3. Attend at least one of our organized events during the conference (details to be announced). ## Students Be matched with mentors that can provide guidance on navigating SC and your career. We do our best to accommodate as many protégés as we can.
