*Lenovo accelerates AI-ready private cloud and cyber resilience alongside new innovations designed to further improve VMware Cloud Foundation economics*

**LAS VEGAS –** At VMware Explore 2026, Lenovo is showcasing new ways to improve the economic value of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and scale AI-ready private clouds. Leading the lineup is VMware Cloud Foundation Advanced Memory Tiering on Lenovo ThinkAgile VX, which can deliver up to 45% cost savings compared to all-DRAM configurations 1. Lenovo is also demonstrating solutions designed to accelerate the path from AI pilots to production while keeping enterprise data close and under customer control.

As enterprises move beyond AI pilots, organizations are looking to maximize the value of the VMware environments they already trust while preparing for the next generation of AI. Lenovo is helping customers improve infrastructure economics, increase efficiency, protect mission-critical workloads and simplify the path to production inference and agentic AI.

“Organizations are moving AI from experimentation to scaled production, and infrastructure decisions are driving business outcomes,” said Scott Patti, Vice President, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Lenovo. “Customers aren’t just looking for more performance – they’re looking for better economics, greater control and stronger resilience across the environments they already trust. At VMware Explore, we’re showing practical ways to help organizations get more from VMware today while building the foundation for what’s next.”

Throughout the event, Lenovo will highlight:

- **VCF Advanced Memory Tiering on VMware Cloud Foundation** helps organizations extend memory capacity using high-performance NVMe as a secondary memory tier. Lenovo testing of VCF Advanced Memory Tiering on the ThinkAgile VX demonstrated up to 45% cost savings compared to all-DRAM configurations 1, enabling customers to scale larger workloads, improve VM density and get more from existing infrastructure. The validated, full-stack ThinkAgile VX platform also simplifies private cloud deployment and lifecycle management.
- **Lenovo Hybrid AI Factory with VMware Private AI Services** provides a validated foundation for deploying and scaling AI applications with greater speed, security, and cost predictability while keeping data under enterprise control. Lenovo Hybrid AI platforms feature VCF AI ReadyNodes which provide validated, GPU-accelerated configurations for the newly announced VMware AI Factory, helping customers move from AI pilots to production faster while maintaining control of enterprise data.

“As organizations continue to evolve their VMware Cloud Foundation environments, they’re looking for infrastructure that helps them scale efficiently while supporting the next generation of AI workloads,” said Paul Turner, chief product officer, “Together with Lenovo, we’re helping customers accelerate that journey with AI solutions designed to deliver performance, flexibility and operational confidence.”

VMware Explore 2026 is one stop on Lenovo’s continued journey to help customers modernize IT for the AI era. By enabling AI-ready private cloud, smarter VCF economics and more resilient VMware infrastructure, Lenovo is helping customers modernize on their terms while protecting existing investments and preparing for what’s next.
