The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console now supports several Network Firewall enhancements for creating and managing firewalls and firewall policies. With these enhancements, you can:

- Select the firewall shape when creating a firewall. The 4 Gbps shape is selected by default, and the 25 Gbps shape is available if your tenancy is enabled for it.
- Add descriptions to network firewall policies and policy subresources.
- Select multiple secrets when creating a mapped secret for use with decryption rules.
- View firewall health from the Network Firewall list page and the firewall details page.
- Check new firewall metrics on the firewall details page, including firewall throughput, active sessions, byte sent count, and bytes received count.
