；午后那曲、昌都、日喀则、拉萨和山南等地易出现短时强降水、雷暴大风和冰雹等对流性天气。 天气情况 8月10日至8月13日，阿里、林芝东部和南部、山南南部、昌都中部、日喀则西部和南部有 小雨 ，部分地方有 中到大雨 ；昌都南部、拉萨、日喀则中部和东部多云间阴天，部分地方有 小雨或雷阵雨 ；其他地方少云间多云。 8月14日至8月17日，林芝、日喀则、山南南部、昌都中部和北部有 小到中雨 ，部分地方有 大到暴雨 ；拉萨、那曲中部和东部阿里、山南东部和南部、昌都南部有 小雨或雷阵雨 ，部分地方有 中到大雨 ；其他地方多云间阴天，部分地方有 小雨 。 8月18日至8月19日，林芝、日喀则南部和山南南部有 小到中雨 ，部分低海拔地方有 大雨 ；昌都、拉萨、日喀则东部、山南东部、阿里南部和东部有 小雨或雷阵雨 ，部分地方有 中雨 ；其他地方多云，部分地方有 阵雨 。 8月20日至8月23日，林芝南部、日喀则南部和山南南部有 小到中雨 ，部分地方有 中到大雨 ；昌都南部、阿里南部、那曲西部 阴天有小雨或雷阵雨 ；其他地方多云，部分地方有 分散性阵雨 。 气象部门提醒 注意防范强降水带来的不利影响 。14日开始我区大部有较明显降水过程， 降水持续时间长、局地强度较大，对工程建设、道路交通以及涉山涉水等户外活动影响大，提请有关部门加强防范，不建议进行爬山、野炊等活动。 注意防范次生灾害。 前期我区西部和南部出现持续性降水天气，后期降水落区重叠，发生泥石流、滑坡等次生灾害的风险高，需加强灾害隐患点、边坡、隧道洞口等的巡查排险。 防范强对流天气。
