当地时间8月4日，三星 [电子](http://quote.eastmoney.com/unify/r/90.BK1201) 在美国圣克拉拉举行的2026年未来存储与内存大会（FMS）上，公布面向AI基础设施的下一代存储技术路线，首次展示zHBM、zNAND-O概念产品，并推出采用晶圆键合技术的400层以上V10 BV-NAND。
三星表示，zHBM旨在通过将HBM垂直堆叠于AI加速器上方，缩短处理器与内存之间的数据传输距离，以提升AI训练和推理性能。搭载下一代接口系统的zHBM预计性能可达到HBM5的约8倍，同时借助新型晶圆键合技术，实现超过HBM5 10倍的内存密度，并提升能效表现。
在NAND领域，三星首次发布V10 BV-NAND架构，通过晶圆键合技术堆叠存储单元，层数超过400层，较上一代V9产品内存密度提升约58%，同时改善读写和输入输出性能。
此外，三星还展示了包括HBM4E、HBM5、LPDDR5X-PIM以及企业级存储PM1763等AI存储产品路线。
